A little bit about me...
I was 47 when my husband died. I was numb, shattered and at a loss as to how I could ever carry on.
For 5 years, I struggled to get my life back. I tried doing it on my own (spoiler alert: time does NOT make it all go away). I tried grief groups, self-help books, and therapists. But none of those showed me HOW TO SURVIVE THE GRIEF.
It took ME over 5 (!!!) years before I found my way through, but you know what? It doesn't have to be that way for YOU.
I created the Grief Relief System to share with you what took me so many years to learn and TO SHOW YOU THE WAY.
